Fond Cakes

Let me take you back to may of 2023, where I pitched fond cakes in my schools annual business competition. I spent hundreds of hours formulating the best recipe for our Chocolate Banana Cake with Ganache. At 15 years old, I was beginning to understand what it took to create a business of my own. Since, I have dedicated myself to serving the local Vancouver community with desserts that fill the gap between enjoyment and health.
